Albert Naggar

Owner / Chairman

Mr. Naggar’s involvement with PECo dates back to 2003. Since Mr. Naggar’s ownership of PECo in 2011, he has funded and driven PECo’s growth in machining capacity and entry into multiple gear metrology and robotic welding markets. Locally, PECo acquired its fourth manufacturing facility; won awards as a top workplace and for training, integrity, safety and community service; and was honored by the Ohio Senate for outstanding achievement and tremendous attainment. Over the last 17 years, Mr. Naggar has been a Partner of three New York-based private equity funds that have acquired over 15 manufacturing companies. Prior to private equity, Mr. Naggar was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, Furman Selz, and Lazard Frères. Mr. Naggar received a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Susan Springhetti

Chief Executive Officer 

Ms. Springhetti joined PECo as Chief Financial Officer in 2013 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2014. At PECo Ms. Springhetti has taken leadership roles in strategic, operating, manufacturing and financial activities that have driven operational, manufacturing and financial improvements. Prior to joining PECo, Ms. Springhetti had been Controller for over 30 years at six companies including manufacturers such as Emerson Electric and most recently a $180 million sales manufacturer with 750 employees. Among Ms. Springhetti’s accomplishments have included increasing sales and profits by improving financial reporting, strategic planning and efficiencies. In October 2014, she was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of PECo.
